Congratulations to the Boys Soccer Team on their victory over Hingham to win the Keenan Division of the Patriot League! The Lakers, who have also clinched a spot in the MIAA playoffs, face Dartmouth on Thursday night in what is sure to be a challenging, competitive game. It’s also a special one, as our graduating Seniors are celebrating their final regular season home game along with their parents.
The Boys Varsity Soccer team is dedicating Thursday’s game to raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer – they’ll be wearing pink shoelaces and ribbons in support of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Soccer Boosters will be offering raffles, prizes and items for sale during the game to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer; all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society on behalf of the SLRHS Boys Soccer Team.
