  • Lakers Fall Short Against Hingham (MA)
  • Despite Rob Ventola putting 23 points on the board, Silver Lake lost to Hingham 69-59. Hingham (MA) clinched their lead in the fourth quarter on a three-pointer.
  • Lakers pulled ahead early with a 16-point first quarter, eventually claiming a 31-28 lead by halftime. But this wasn't enough to triumph over Hingham's 38 points in the final two quarters of the game.
  • Ventola led the charge for Silver Lake's offense, scoring 23 points, with nine points during the fourth period. He also contributed two rebounds and one steal.
  • Cam Keefe achieved double digits, scoring 20 points for Silver Lake (9-for-14). Also contributing for Silver Lake were Joe McDonald (6 points, 5 rebounds, 4 steals), Joel Gerstenberg (3 points, 3 rebounds), and Jack Bettle (2 points, 4 rebounds, 2 blocks).Keefe was a big defensive contributor as well, racking up seven rebounds, one steal and two blocks.
  • Silver Lake finished the game with 44 rebounds (21 offensive / 23 defensive), four blocks and nine steals.
